COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Use of Right equipment for the right job and understanding of equipment design and operational conditions.
  • Understanding and evaluating Environmental conditions and site location to identify and mitigate risk.
VLTATA WAY II ENSURE THAT EVERY OPERATION IS CARRIED OUT IN SAFE AND CONTROLLED CONDITION.
  • Evaluate your work area hazards, unusual conditions, changes that were not recorded earlier before starting of a task.
  • Never start a task until a “SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT” established in a controlled condition.
VLTATA WAY III ENSURE THAT SAFETY SYSTEMS AND DEVICES ARE IN PLACE AND IN GOOD FUNCTIONING CONDITION.
  • Prior to commencement of work ensure that Safety systems and devices are in place and functional.
  • In case of missing condition of safety systems and devices franchise WSA(Work Stopping Authority) until appropriate safeguards established.
VLTATA WAY IV ENSURE THAT SAFE WORK BEST PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED TO ALL THE TIME.
  • Perform the task only after establishing Safe Work Practices and procedures.
  • Do not by pass task steps or take any short cuts.
VLTATA WAY V KEEP A TARGET OF NOT JUST MEETING BUT EXCEEDING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
  • Ensure that you completed your task in compliance with specifications in a time bound manner.
  • Seek clarification where requirements were not clear to avoid re work and time delay.
  • Team work is a performance booster and always work as team to achieve highest performance standards and targets.
VLTATA WAY VI ENSURE THAT INTEGRITY OF DEDICATED SYSTEMS IS MAINTAINED.
  • Prior to relying on safety systems ensure that they were functional and in healthy condition.
  • Ensure that appropriate Preventive maintenance program is in place and is complied.
  • Avoid compromising or by passing safety systems unless appropriate notifications were made and authorities are obtained and secured.

  • Complying to Industry regulations governed by
    Government agencies, Clients we serve and the Law
    of Land is a primary requirement for all of us and

  • Complying to Occupational Safety and Health Codes,
    Environmental regulations, Climate change objectives
    of the law of land and our customers is our core
    responsibility and everyone of us responsible to
    ensure compliance to it.

ENSURE THAT ABNORMAL CONDITIONS WERE ADDRESSED

  • Report and Correct Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe acts and unsafe behaviors.
  • Respond immediately to changing conditions and abnormal situations.
  • When abnormal conditions posing risk were not controlled immediately, utilize WSA(Work Stopping Authority) until risk is brought under control.

ENSURE THAT WRITTEN PROCEDURES FOR HIGH RISK AND UNUSUAL SITUATIONS WERE FOLLOWED.

  • Develop clear written procedures and follow for all high risk tasks.
  • Situation that were previously not been encountered

ENSURE THAT RIGHT PEOPLE WERE INVOLVED IN
DECISIONS THAT AFFECT THE PROCEDURES, PROCESSES
AND EQUIPMENT.
